SRX20363468: Identification of papillomaviruses in Antarctic pinnipeds sampled between 2014 and 2018
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 86,629 spots, 26.1M bases, 12.6Mb downloads

Design: 200 l of UTM storage buffer in which the swabs were stored was used for viral DNA extraction using the High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit (Roche Diagnostics, USA). 5l of the extracted viral DNA was amplified using the Illustra TempliPhi rolling circle amplification kit (GE Healthcare, USA) to target circular viruses. The viral DNA and rolling amplified viral DNA were combined and this was used to generate Illumina sequencing libraries using the TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit.
